Order Status Verification

After placing your order, whether by credit card or PayPal, you will receive an email with the details of your order, provided you’ve entered a valid email address during checkout or have one on file. You can also view the same order details in your customer account section.

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a second email notification with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order via the “Order Tracking” section of our website. We deal with most well known delivery carriers, ensuring fast, secure, and reliable service. Depending on your location, a different carrier may be used.

Shipping & Delivery

At checkout, you’ll be presented with various shipping options based on your location (Country). Standard shipping is the default option, and delivery may take up to 10 business days from the date of shipment. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Any current promotions offering free shipping, including the minimum order value required, will be displayed on our homepage.

Please note that express shipping timelines depend on the carrier and begin from the moment we ship your order, not from the date you placed your order.
